Laura's journey began in the skies as a flight attendant with Virgin Atlantic, where she mastered the art of providing exceptional service to passengers from all walks of life.After her time in aviation, Laura transitioned to British Airways as a customer service agent. Seeking to expand her horizons, Laura then embraced a career in healthcare as a Health Care Assistant. This role allowed her to connect with individuals on a more personal level, providing vital support and care to patients in need.

​Most recently, she served as a phlebotomist with the NHS, where she gained invaluable experience in patient care and the healthcare system. This role further deepened her appreciation for the importance of making patients feel comfortable and valued. Now, Laura brings her wealth of knowledge and experience to our reception desk, where she excels in serving our patients with warmth and care.
